help buying my first ractor

I have 4 a.& 3 horses, and want a small tractor to manage my sand riding ring and my manure pile and spread manure. I will not mow lawns with it. I will plow snow, and I'm in New England.

Local dealer has Cub Cadet (5000 series--4WD, diesel) and Kioti CK20 (4WD diesel) with quite a difference between prices. Any suggestions?
